In Liaison or Consecutive Interpreting, the Interpreter takes notes while the speaker talks and renders the speech after the speaker has finished talking (depending on the setting, the interpreter can interpret after each sentence or by chunks of several minutes).
As opposed to Simultaneous Interpreting (where the Interpreter speaks at the same time as the person he or she is interpreting for), Liaison Interpreting does not required specialized equipment.
I can travel with you to any location in France, Japan or in the world. When I am not available, it will be my pleasure to put you in touch with a trusted colleague in Australia, France or Japan.
Liaison Interpreting is usually charged for per Full Day (up to 7 hours including 1 hour break) or Half Day (up to 3 hours). Depending on the location of the mission, travel expenses, accomodation expenses and per diem may apply.
